St. Paul's Governance
Session
The Session consists of 10 members, which meets the third Tuesday of most months in the Church Hall. The meetings begin with a devotional, following by the general oversight of the Church activities. The scope of business includes, congregation, Beaver Valley Community and needs worldwide. Session oversees called Congregational meeting for financial update, Annual Business etc.

Board of Managers
The Board of Managers has 9 members. The Board meets the second Tuesday of most months. The Board has general oversight regarding the physical church plant plus the yearly budget. This past year a new roof has been put on the sanctuary and the brickwork pointed. The sanctuary windows have been painted. Signs have been placed around the building in order to up-date and be visitor - friendly.

Worship Committee
This committee meets each month to plan ahead and evaluate St Paul's worship. The committee members represent Session - Clerk of Session; Sancuary Choir; Visuals - power point; Audio - sound system; Christian Education - Sunday School & LOGOS; Director of Music; and the Minister.
