Since Jesus Christ is the King and Head of His Church, worship is the most important activity at St. Paul's. Every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. the congregation gathers for corporate worship. The style of our worship is blended with, both traditional and contemporary liturgical elements. The worship is intergenerational with Adult Worship Leaders, Youth and Children's involvement. Representative members of St. Paul's community, regardless of age, are involved each Sunday. There is also a variety of worship themes, music, speakers, etc. Overall our worship services follow the Church year, Advent to Pentecost. Holy Communion is celebrated every two months on the, first Sunday of the month.

The Bella Goodfellow guild was organized in the early 1930's Mrs. Myrtle Armstrong was the leader with assistance from Miss. Sarah MacMurchy, and Mrs. Howard MacDonald, and Mrs. Constance Reekie. The organizing meeting was held at Mrs. Armstrong's home on Louisa Street in Thornbury. She believed that teenage girls of the church should have an organization in which they could worship learn of missionary work and gain some general education. The name "Bella Goodfellow" was chosen to honour an early missionary, who went to the mission field in India. St. Paul's meetings were first, held in the church basement. Later the members held the meetings in their homes on the evening of the third Monday in each month. Often skits and short plays were enacted by the girls, directed by Mrs. Armstrong. These were presented in the church on special occasions.
The girls grew up and grew older, and the membership gradually changed. The Guild now caters to lunches and dinners, and generally do work to help the church as well as the missions. The meetings are now held on the third Tuesday of each month at noon, where members and guests have lunch together, in the Fellowship Hall at St Paul's.
The Communion Table in the sanctuary was purchased by the Guild to honour the memory of Mrs. Myrtle Armstrong. Isabel Johnson, one of the founding groups is still an active member.
